I love this family! Mama is one of my dear, dear friends, and I'm so glad to have been able to take these portraits for her. These kids are something else... just beautiful and so, so sweet! It was a really fun time, even with the challenge of getting 4 kids to look at the camera, let alone SMILE at the camera, all at the same time! This is one of those families that just make you happy for all of them, they just get along great and you know there's a whole buncha love... :)

OOOOOOOH how I love these beautiful little mini-supermodels. :) I took these gals pictures last Holiday season as well, and they've grown so much! Little Anna was a newborn last year! Time flies, and I didn't realize just HOW fast until I got a newborn myself... phew! It seems like just yesterday we were bringing her home from the hospital, but it's been almost 5 months now! These little doll-faces were so much fun, and had just the most spit-fire, can't-help-but-laugh personalities. ;) The key to getting good shots of small children like these girls, is to give them at least an hour to warm up and to 'play off some energy,' as well as get comfortable with the camera and the crazy lady behind it. :) I also learned a new trick for little ones who just do NOT want to do what you say: tell them you don't want them to smile and you don't want them to look at the camera, and boy, I got some picture perfect smiles everytime! Hahaha! Love these girls!

I love this blue-eyed, red-headed tornado of a boy! :) This is the second year I've taken his Christmas portraits, and he did really well this year! We won't talk about last year... hahah! That's the fun thing about this job- it's always exciting! I really love taking photos of toddlers for the very reason that they're unpredictable and always full of energy. This is one handsome little man...
