Abby and Mark

www.KerryGuicePhotography.com
Abby and Mark are the kind of people who don't meet strangers.  They're also the kind of couple that have stars in their eyes when they're together- they're an obvious match for each other.  They were so natural in front of the camera, and I was able to get so many shots that really captured their personalities together, and their emotions toward each other.  I shot Abby's Bridals earlier in the day, and it was so much fun hanging out with them all day!  I can't wait for their wedding next month!

Micah and Anthony

Micah and Anthony are such a cute couple. The weather on the morning of the wedding day was NOT pretty, but luckily The Station (where the ceremony and reception were located) is beautiful and we got some beautiful shots inside. It ended up clearing up and being sunny by the time the limo arrived to send them off! I enjoyed working with them- they're so laid back and friendly. It was a beautiful wedding!  Congratulations you two!

Kavanaugh Eye Care

As I said in my last post, I do all the marketing photography for my husband's Optometry office, and it's been SO much fun for me. A few weeks ago we convinced our good friend to pose for a session with some fun frames for some upcoming ads. Although she's a great nurse, she should probably go ahead and quit that day job and sign up for America's Next Top Model. She kept saying "tell me what to do!" but I didn't have to- she was perfect! It was a fun shoot, and we got a lot of great shots to use! Look for the next KEC ad in next month's Soiree magazine!

(Side note- I changed my logo up for placing on photos- I'll still use my beautiful purple logo for branding, but on photos, I think I like this... What do you think?)

Savvy Kids Ad

www.KerryGuicePhotography.com

Okay, I finally did it! I decided to do my first 'actual' advertisement for KGP. I used Savvy Kids Magazine, which is a local magazine for "all things hip" in mommy-land. It was my first "real" ad to ever create! I've done all the photography for my husband's office, but he's built all the ads, so I was proud of the work I did on this. Pick up a copy of Savvy Kids to check it out!

Marley's 1 Year Portraits

Okay, if this little girl's doll-face doesn't make you smile, there's something wrong with you. She was so much fun. Those little dimples just made my day. :)

Ericka's Senior Portraits

www.KerryGuicePhotography.com

This is a little delayed, but better late than never, right? :)

Ericka's boyfriend works at the Conway Airport, so she had the great idea to take some of her Senior Portraits there- I was so excited! I'd seen airport portraits before, so I was pretty pumped about getting to take some of my own.

I have no doubt that this girl will go far in "the real world-" she was so much fun and you can just see she has a good head on her shoulders. I am in LOVE with these photos!

Thanks, Ericka, for a great session!

Mia's Senior Portraits

www.KerryGuicePhotography.com

I think because I'm at the age where I know so many people getting married and having babies, and because I work pretty much solely off word-of-mouth, I don't get to do many Senior Portraits. It's unfortunate, because they are so much fun! It's great to work with soon-to-be grads because they're so excited about getting out of school and "starting real life," and it makes me smile (and feel old), thinking about when I felt like that too. I distinctly remember telling my mother that I was "not excited about 'growing up' because you have to pay for things like toothpaste all by yourself!" Ahhhh, to be young and worry-free again...

Mia was so great to work with. She's easy going and has such a great personality! The black heels and soccer ball pose was her idea- LOVE IT! We got some really great shots, and I'm so happy with how they turned out. Downtown Conway has some really great places for portraits- I found some great new locations for future reference! The shots with the blue-gray wall and orange construction dividers are some of my new favorites. She looked absolutely beautiful in them all!
